Access

Navigating to the River Warfe is straightforward via Leys Lane off the A659 near Boston Spa. After the main roundabout, turn left onto Leys Lane and follow the tarmacked road to the farm at the end. From the car park at 'orchard', you can move down the field to reach the fishing areas. Please ensure you observe the limit signs along the weir pool length for a smooth experience.

Fish Species

The River Warfe is well-regarded for its impressive Barbel, highlighted by the recent Yorkshire Record of 15lb 8oz caught by A Thomas. In addition to Barbel, anglers can target Chub up to 7lb, as well as large Perch. Other species include Carp, Eels, Pike, Roach, Grayling, and Dace, offering a diverse range of fishing opportunities for enthusiasts.
