The main lake spans approximately 4 acres and features three islands teeming with carp up to 35 lb, tench reaching 7 lb 8 oz, and pike up to 26 lb. The lake is well matured, adorned with trees, rushes, and lily pads, providing a picturesque setting in the Chelmer Valley. Additionally, the match lake includes 22 pegs and is heavily stocked with carp up to 20 lb, alongside roach, bream, tench, and rudd for larger matches exceeding 200 lb.

Stretching around 600 yards, the River Chelmer at Blasford Hill Fisheries is home to pike, roach, chub, and perch. Anglers can enjoy the diverse species as they navigate the river's length, adding variety to their fishing experience.
