Fishing Details

New Mill Dam offers a variety of fish species, including Catfish, Dace, Eel (up to 2 lb), Pike, Salmon (up to 4 lb), and Grayling (up to 2 lb). With 21 permanent pegs and 15 platforms, members have ample space to fish. Remember, fly fishing, spinning, and dead baiting are not allowed, nor is groundbaiting with boilies. Only one trout over 12 inches per member may be kept each day.

Facilities

Accessible to all, the dam features disabled access and clean toilets. Parking is free and secure, monitored by CCTV for safety. For those new to fishing or looking to improve, fishing lessons and tuition are available.
