Located along the B2135 Ashurst to Partridge Green route, Alderwood Ponds features ample parking, including hardstand parking at Dave’s Pond. Additionally, there are designated swimming areas specifically for handicapped visitors, making it a welcoming spot for all.

Alderwood Ponds boasts a diverse range of fish species. Anglers can target carp weighing up to 38 lb 8 oz, tench reaching 10 lb, and perch up to 5 lb 10 oz. The ponds also support roach, rudd, and orfe, providing plenty of opportunities for a successful catch.
