Home Farm Fishing Lake offers a variety of fish to target. Carp are the highlight, with some reaching up to 19 lb, providing a rewarding challenge for anglers. Alongside carp, you can also find chub and tench, each growing up to 2 lb. Since its creation in 2004, the lake has expanded its stock from just silver fish to include common, mirror, and crucian carp, as well as some beautiful F1 hybrids and the occasional goldfish.

Accessibility is well considered at Home Farm Fishing Lake, featuring disabled access and facilities to accommodate all visitors. Parking is available, with the option to drive directly up to your peg when the weather allows, or use the spacious hard standing next to the lake. Onsite amenities include a portaloo and an honesty box for payments upon arrival, ensuring a hassle-free experience. For added security, the area is monitored with 24-hour CCTV.

Opening Hours

The lake is open from May to September, operating daily from 06:30 to 21:30. From October to April, the hours adjust to 07:30 to 19:30, with fishing permitted during light conditions. Standard day tickets are priced at £6, with concessions available for £4 for those under 16 and over 65. Matches start at £7 per peg, requiring a minimum spend of £70. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the premises and night fishing is not permitted.
