The Lakes

Earlswood Lakes in Warwickshire encompass three reservoirs: Windmill Pool, Engine Pool, and Terry's Pool. Windmill Pool and Engine Pool serve as canal feeders and range between 20 to 27 acres each. Terry's Pool, on the other hand, is no longer utilised as a water supply reservoir, offering a different setting for fishing enthusiasts.

Fishing Conditions

From April to October, both Windmill Pool and Engine Pool experience falling water levels. This seasonal change can affect the usability of pegs along the dam, making them less accessible during the summer and early autumn months. Engine Pool is particularly known for its impressive carp population. The pool is stocked with carp ranging mostly between 5lb and 9lb.
