Key Information
Access
Walrow Ponds are situated in the heart of Somerset and managed by the Bridgwater Angling Association, established in 1905. To reach the lakes, drive over the railway bridge and turn left into a lane between the houses. The entrance is through the gate at the end of the lane. Please ensure the lane remains clear, as ample hard standing parking is available within the site.

Club memberships are offered by the Bridgwater Angling Association, providing anglers with access to Walrow Ponds and other venues managed by the association. Memberships operate on a rolling 12-month basis, welcoming both new and returning members of any age.
Rules
Visitors should adhere to specific regulations when fishing at Walrow Ponds. Live baiting and dead baiting with freshwater fish are not permitted. Additionally, anglers are not allowed on the banks between 10:30pm and 5:30am. The Bridgwater Angling Association also restricts fishing to Walrow Ponds, disallowing fishing on any other north Somerset waters.
