About Felton Fence Farm

Felton Fence Farm is a mixed coarse and specimen complex set in Northumberland's scenic countryside, near the villages of Longframlington and Swarland. A short distance from the popular towns of Morpeth and Alnwick, it offers pleasure anglers a great opportunity to fish all year round. Recent developments have seen major restocking, increasing average match weights and enhancing the fishing experience.

The Lakes

The complex features several well-maintained lakes. Fence Lake, around one acre in size, is a favourite among specimen anglers, with carp up to 30lb available. Badger Lake, half an acre, provides a mixed coarse fishing experience with carp reaching up to 18lb. Mallard Lake, another mixed coarse lake, holds a current carp record of 24lb, while Fox Lake, recently extended and restocked, offers comfortable fishing and seclusion for pleasure anglers.

Fishing Experience

At Felton Fence Farm, simple tactics can be quite effective, especially at Fence Lake where carp are readily available off the surface at dawn and dusk. The variety of lakes ensures something for different angling preferences, whether you're after sizeable specimens or a leisurely day by the water.
