Location

Weeton Lake Fisheries is conveniently situated on the main Leeds to Harrogate Road, just a short drive from Huby village in North Yorkshire. As you approach Weeton Lane from Leeds, a right turn will lead you to the railway bridge. The lake is nestled in the grounds of the last house before the bridge, visible through the distinctive black gates.

Features

This unique fishery offers anglers access to a compact quarter-acre water, featuring a central island tailored for pole fishing. The average depth of around 4 feet makes most swims easily reachable with a pole, though some areas may extend up to 16 metres. The presence of tree stumps around the island creates natural holding spots, making it the first point of contact for hooked fish. Importantly, Weeton Lake Fisheries is equipped with disabled access and facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all anglers.
