Location

Thorpe Underwood Fishery is situated in North Yorkshire, approximately 2000 yards downstream towards Linton Lock and its marina. To reach the fishery from the A1M, take the A59 road towards York and turn left after 4.5 miles onto Pool Lane, signposted for Nun Monkton. Continue for just under 2 miles towards Nun Monkton, then take a left onto Rooke Lane. At the 'T' junction after three-quarters of a mile, turn left, follow the road past Widdington Hall Farm, and park on the verge around the corner. The river is located 550 yards down the footpath on the opposite side of the road.

Access

Parking at Thorpe Underwood Fishery is available around the corner for £1. From the parking area, proceed over the first field upstream and cross the stile to reach the first peg, where anglers can set up their lines and enjoy a day of fishing.
