The Howe lake, the furthest from the entrance, is home to carp exceeding thirty pounds, with the record being a 30lb 4oz specimen caught in 2002. Copley lake holds carp up to 27lb 5oz, while Match lake saw a remarkable catch of 46kg by 15-year-old Stuart Sexton from Scorton. These notable catches highlight the excellent fishing opportunities available at the complex.
