Black Heath Pond comprises two serene bodies of water situated within Ripon Parks, just three miles north of Ripon in North Yorkshire. To reach the ponds, turn right off Masham Road at the Golf Club House and continue for two miles. The first pond, known as the 'Figure of 8', features a distinctive shape with varying depths, while the 'Big Lake' offers an irregular layout with several large bays and an island.
