While a large head of Chub resides here, anglers should be cautious due to the narrow swims and high banks. For those fishing in groups, selecting one of the wider swims is recommended to ensure a more comfortable experience.

Back Lake

The Back Lake, smaller than an acre, provides a serene setting surrounded by mature vegetation. This lake is home to impressive Carp, some weighing up to 20 lb, making it a popular spot for those targeting larger specimens. An island adorned with lilies adds visual interest, creating a picturesque backdrop for a day of fishing. Unlike The Canal, Back Lake is not designated for match fishing, offering a different angling experience.

The fishery is equipped with disabled access and facilities, ensuring all visitors can enjoy their fishing experience comfortably.
