The Lakes

Stanninghall Lakes in Norfolk features three distinct bodies of water tailored for different fishing interests. Carp Lake spans around 2 acres and offers nine swims, home to approximately 220 mirror and common carp. Pleasure/Match Lake is slightly smaller at 1.5 acres with 27 swim spots, supporting a variety of fish including tench, carp, Crucian carp, roach, and bream. Predator Lake completes the trio, adding to the variety available at this fishery.

Fish Species

Anglers at Stanninghall Lakes can enjoy a diverse range of species. Carp are a standout, with some reaching up to 27 lb, while bream provide exciting catches up to 6 lb. Tench are also present, with sizes up to 9 lb, alongside roach and smaller Crucian carp, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
