During the summer months, visitors can drive alongside Boundary Park to access the fishery. A combination key is required to open the gate, ensuring secure entry. Parking is available for those arriving by vehicle, making it convenient for anglers to start their day by the water.
The lake stretches from near Beach Road to the Coastal Park Boundary towards Heacham, running parallel to the inner sea wall. A 1-mile-long reed-fringed channel begins 350 meters from the entrance, averaging about 12 meters wide. Some sections are nearly impenetrable, transitioning into canal depths of 4-5 feet before opening into several attractive lagoons with depths ranging from 5-7 feet.
Boundary Park is home to a large number of tench, roach, and rudd, providing ample opportunities for a rewarding fishing experience. Additionally, a few carp can also be found in the waters, adding variety to the angling options available.
