Fish Species

Anglers at Fairlop Waters can target a variety of species. The specimen lake is home to Carp exceeding twenty pounds, with several reaching over thirty pounds. Additionally, Tench and Bream can be caught, both weighing up to ten pounds. The sailing lake offers Carp up to thirty pounds, alongside Roach, Bream, Perch, and impressive Pike, some weighing up to forty pounds.

Fishing Opportunities

Fairlop Waters features two distinct lakes to suit different fishing preferences. The three and a half acre specimen lake is ideal for those seeking large Carp and other quality fish during the day. For enthusiasts interested in night fishing, the 38-acre sailing lake provides an excellent opportunity to fish under the stars. Season tickets are available, granting access to both lakes and onsite parking for a convenient fishing experience.
