Trentside Fishery

Key Information
History
Trentside Fishery began its journey as The Old Brick Pond, a clay pit from a former brickworks in Lincolnshire. In 2004, Tony Booth and his wife Linda took over the site, transforming it into what is now known as Trentside Fishery. Their dedication led to significant improvements in fishing pegs and the restocking of the lake with fast-growing carp.
Fish Species
Spread over approximately seven acres, the fishery is home to a diverse range of species. Anglers can encounter bream weighing up to 12 lb, carp reaching 34 lb, and impressive catfish around 40 lb. The lake also hosts eels up to 6 lb, perch up to 4 lb, roach and rudd up to 3 lb each, tench up to 13 lb, and pike that have been caught at 36 lb.
Wildlife and Conservation
Beyond fishing, Trentside Fishery boasts rich wildlife and dedicated conservation areas. The natural habitats around the lake provide a sanctuary for various species, offering a tranquil setting for those who appreciate nature. Whether you're casting a line or simply enjoying the serene environment, the fishery is a haven for both anglers and wildlife enthusiasts.
