Alvingham Lakes features two distinct fishing areas: Monkey Lake and Grass Lake. Monkey Lake offers 23 pegs with an average depth of 3ft, stocked with Common and Mirror Carp, Roach, Rudd, Tench, and Bream. Grass Lake, deeper at 4-6ft and housing 16 pegs, is home to Common, Mirror, Grass, and Crucian Carp, as well as Roach, Rudd, Bream, and Tench. The largest Common Carp recorded weighs 18lb 7oz.

Facilities

Anglers can purchase day tickets daily from 7.30am until dusk. The Monkey House café provides refreshments and snacks for visitors. For those looking to explore the countryside, bicycle hire is available. Additionally, Alvingham Lakes offers three static caravans for rent, allowing guests to stay on site and enjoy both early morning and late evening fishing sessions.
