Since its creation in 1994, Greenhalgh Lodge Fishery has been a popular spot for anglers in Lancashire. The 3½ acre lake offers 37 pegs, stocked with carp up to 25lb. Designed for all levels, the fishery features various depths and areas to enhance your fishing experience. Many anglers find success using a mix of fishmeal pellets, sweetcorn, and luncheon meat as bait.
Facilities
A small cafe is available on site, serving hot food on most days, including fresh farm-produced bacon, sausage, and egg on barmcakes. Alongside hot and cold drinks, you can also grab snacks like chocolate and crisps. Parking is provided for visitors, ensuring a convenient start to your day by the water.
Access Information
Greenhalgh Lodge Fishery operates from 1st March to 31st October, with entry allowed daily from 7.00am until dusk. Please ensure that the car park is vacated by 8.00pm. Pleasure angling is available seven days a week, and no fishing matches are held, making it a relaxed environment for everyone.
