Stonar Lake is equipped with disabled access and facilities to ensure all anglers can enjoy their time by the water. There are clean toilets available on-site for convenience. Club memberships are offered, providing access to additional resources and support from our dedicated bailiffs and staff.
Access
Parking is accessible through gates on the main road between Pfizers and Sandwich, just past the roundabout near Pfizers. Please adhere to the designated concrete hard standing areas when parking. Another entry point is available from the Sandwich Industrial Estate, requiring a careful drive between the lake and nearby factories. Once inside, you can choose to park in the swim side bays or the grass area near the maintenance building. Our bailiffs are on hand to guide you to the correct parking spots if needed.
Fish Species
The fishing at Stonar Lake is progressing well, with anglers catching carp, tench, rudd, and a few roach and bream. Whether you're aiming for a substantial carp or hoping to land a tench, the lake offers a variety of species to enhance your fishing experience throughout the year.
