Access

Orchard Place Farm Fishing is conveniently located just outside Paddock Wood in Kent, approximately eight miles from Maidstone. Surrounded by rolling farmland, the fishery is open year-round from 7am to 7pm. Day tickets provide access without the need for pre-booking for coarse or pleasure fishing, though reservations are required for specimen lakes. Getting around the site is straightforward with main and additional parking lots near various lakes, including Lake 1, Lake 2, Lake 4, Lake 6, and Lake 7.

Facilities

The fishery caters to all visitors, including those with disabilities. Many swims are accessible, and all-weather routes lead to each lake. Restroom facilities are conveniently located near Lakes 3 and 4, as well as Lake 7, where you can also find washing machines and a microwave. Additionally, a tackle shop on-site offers a variety of bait, including ground bait and particle, ensuring you have what you need for a successful day on the water.

Fishing

With twelve lakes available, anglers can choose from nine lakes stocked with carp and catfish or three designated for match and pleasure fishing. Lake 12, which opened in January 2019, spans five acres and features four islets, providing ample opportunities for fishing up to 36.5 lb carp and 62 lb catfish.
