Montreal Park Pake lies in Kent, off the A25 near Worship Hill and the junction of Witches Lane by the new school. The fishery features two lakes spanning around 2 acres.

Features

Owned by the Holmesdale Angling and Conservation Society, Montreal Park offers club memberships for those interested. The lakes have seen re-stocking in recent years, bringing a diverse range of fish. While primarily a junior water allowing anglers to fish without supervision, it's not uncommon to spot senior members enjoying a day on the water. Lake depths vary from 2 to 8 feet, providing different fishing experiences. Anglers are limited to using two rods on these lakes, and bait boats are not allowed.

The waters at Montreal Park host bream, carp, perch, roach, rudd, and tench. Additionally, there are numerous small carp, offering various angling opportunities.
