Brooklands Lake spans 28 acres and was once a sand and gravel pit. Surrounded by lush forests and reeds, the lake reaches an average depth of 14 feet. The abundance of plants and wildlife provides a rich natural food source, creating a vibrant ecosystem.

Fish Species

Anglers at Brooklands Lake can expect to encounter a variety of fish. Notable specimens include carp weighing up to 50 lb and pike reaching 38 lb. Tench and bream both grow up to 14 lb, while eels can exceed 8 lb. Smaller species such as perch, rudd, and roach are also present.

Amenities and Access

The lake features 28 swims, each designed to offer ample fishing space and essential amenities. Thoughtful construction ensures optimal fishing conditions and weather protection. Parking is conveniently available around nearly three sides of the lake, allowing anglers to keep their vehicles discreetly hidden. Access to the lake is managed through a gated entrance, with keys provided to members. Additionally, Brooklands Lake is equipped with disabled access and dedicated facilities to support all visitors.
