Situated within the Wickwater complex in Gloucestershire, Gillman's Lake is a small, mature body of water spanning approximately 1.5 acres. The lake reaches depths of 4 to 5 feet and features a long island at its centre.
Heavily stocked, Gillman's Lake hosts a variety of fish species including carp up to 40 lb, tench, roach, rudd, perch, and bream. This diverse selection makes it a favoured spot for anglers, whether they're just starting out or have more experience.
Visitors can access the lake with day tickets, which are available on-site. Ample parking is provided adjacent to the lake, along with toilet facilities equipped with disabled access. Additionally, there are two purpose-built disabled swims located next to the car park, ensuring the lake is accessible to all. For those new to angling, assistance is available to help them get started.
