Fishing Details

This gravel pit spans 2.7 acres in the picturesque Ulting countryside, with depths ranging from 3ft to 14ft and an average of 7ft. Blunts Mere is home to impressive carp, with the largest reaching up to 28lb. While the average carp size is between 10-15lb, many anglers regularly land carp over 20lb. Besides carp, the lake is stocked with tench up to 5lb, crucian carp to 5lb, perch over 4lb, and trout up to 6lb. Night fishing is also permitted for those holding a valid permit, offering a different angling experience under the stars.
