Kingfisher, the specimen lake, offers 14 swims and is home to common, mirror, and ghost carp. Canal, the match lake, provides 20 pegs stocked with carp, tench, barbel, and a healthy population of silver fish. The newest addition, Sidewinder, completed in Spring 2009, is a snake lake with 50 pegs, supporting a variety of silver fish including barbel, chub, skimmers, and bream, alongside a range of carp.

Situated on the B2112 between Haywards Heath and Ditchling, More House Farm Fishery is easily accessible for visitors. The nearby town of Haywards Heath lies on the main Brighton to London rail line, making it convenient for those travelling by train. For those arriving by car, the fishery is approximately a 15-minute drive from the A23, which connects Brighton to the M25.
