Boringwheel Trout Fishery is set within the picturesque Ashdown Forest in East Sussex. The main lake, a 400-year-old spring-fed body of water, spans 6 1/2 acres and is home to a thriving population of trout. A second lake is dedicated solely to brown trout, ensuring a variety of fishing experiences. With regular stocking every two weeks, anglers can expect consistent fish levels, never dipping below 650 trout.
Facilities
The fishery provides various ways to enjoy your time on the water. You can fish from the bank, utilise the well-maintained wooden fishing stages, or use the boats available free of charge. Additionally, disabled access and facilities ensure that everyone can partake in the angling experience comfortably.
