Tansterne Fishery in the East Riding of Yorkshire provides anglers with essential amenities, including free parking and two porta loos for your convenience. The venue is thoughtfully designed with disabled access, ensuring that several fishing pegs are located within 20 yards of the parking area for easy reach.

Fishing Details

This float-only fishery boasts a total of 48 fishing pegs spread across its main and canal ponds. Originally comprising three separate ponds, the Car Park Pond has been seamlessly joined with the Main Pond, creating a larger fishing area where all carp from the main pond have access. Pegs on the main pond run anticlockwise from peg 1 to peg 37, with peg 1 situated on the north side near the buildings. The canal pond extends the numbering from peg 38 to peg 48, with peg 38 closest to the main facilities. Carp weighing up to 30 lb are present, offering a rewarding experience for avid anglers.
