History

Throop Fisheries is part of the Ringwood & District Anglers Association, which has been around for over 65 years. Starting shortly after the second world war, the club has grown into the premier angling club in the South of England. This long history reflects the dedication and passion of its members.

Fishing

Anglers at Throop Fisheries have access to the famous Hampshire Avon and the Dorset Stour, including the outstanding Throop fishery. The area is renowned for its Carp, offering anglers the chance to catch some impressive specimens. On selected venues, you can even enjoy night fishing, adding a unique twist to your fishing experience.

Membership

Club memberships are offered, providing members with various benefits tailored to enhance their angling activities. Being part of the club means joining a community that values good relationships with riparian owners, ensuring enjoyable fishing times and access to some of the finest fisheries in the south.
