Lakeside View Fisheries is a brand new fishing spot in Devon, just outside Cullompton and three miles from the M5 Junction 28. The fishery spans two lakes—a 10-acre carp lake and a smaller 3-acre carp runs lake. Currently, there are 400 carp inhabiting the waters, mostly mirror carp with some common varieties, ranging from 10 to 40lb.

Facilities

The site offers 20 swims, ensuring ample space for anglers. Accessibility is a priority, with disabled access and facilities available on-site. Visitors can make use of the toilets and showers, and there's a bait and tackle shop for your fishing needs. Seating areas are strategically placed, and food can be delivered directly to your swim, making for a convenient fishing experience.
