Opened in the summer of 2009 by an enthusiastic angler, Yew Tree Fisheries is located a mile outside the village of Thornton Hough in Cheshire. The fishery is dedicated to maintaining high standards, providing a reliable spot for fishing enthusiasts all year round.
Fishing Opportunities
Yew Tree Fisheries comprises two lakes. The larger lake, covering approximately 1 acre, features 26 pegs, giving anglers plenty of space to enjoy their day. It is home to Tench up to 10 lb and Carp reaching up to 24 lb. Additionally, you can find Barbel, Catfish, and Bream up to 7 lb. The smaller lake, a quarter of an acre with 8 pegs, offers the same range of species with a greater variety of Carp up to 10 lb.
