Lake Details

Sandiway Lakes covers 53 acres with depths ranging from 6 to 30 feet. The sandy bottom is often likened to an eggbox, providing a unique fishing environment. In summer, the clear water allows for abundant weed growth in certain areas, adding to the lake's character.

Fish Species

The lake is home to a variety of fish, including bream, carp, pike, roach, and tench. The carp population is carefully managed, with specimens reaching up to 29 lb 8 oz. Most of the stocked carp now weigh in the mid-20s, offering exciting opportunities for anglers seeking larger catches.

Membership and Overnight Fishing

Sandiway Lakes is a members-only water, offering around 30 pegs suitable for overnight fishing. Members can stay for up to three nights and use up to three rods during their stay. Night fishing is available, allowing anglers to enjoy the tranquillity of the lake under the stars.
