Stretching from bridge 68 on Buxton Road to bridge 66 near Macclesfield, Macc Canal in Cheshire offers anglers approximately 30 pegs along its course.
Here, you'll find perch, roach, gudgeon, ruffe, tench and the occasional carp, barbel or bream waiting to be caught.
No parking is available directly beside the canal. Instead, motorists can park on St Johns Road or Pirie Road, ensuring they don't block residential drives, or on the road immediately to the left when turning into St Johns Road. To access the canal, make your way across Buxton Road and descend the steps to the towpath. Our fishing stretch is located on the left after passing under the bridge.
