Fish Species

The pool is home to a diverse range of fish. There are about thirty carp, with sizes varying between 10 and 20lb, and the lake record stands at an impressive 27lb 8oz from 2001. Pike are also abundant, with a few reaching up to 15lb and the record pike weighing 20lb set in 2002. Besides carp and pike, anglers will find excellent fishing for tench, perch, and roach.
