Greenwood Fishery spans eight acres in Cheshire, functioning as a privately-owned, non-profit rural regeneration project. All income generated is reinvested into managing fish stocks and enhancing visitor facilities. Whether you’re an angler or visiting with family, you can enjoy a peaceful day amidst natural surroundings. The fishery is open throughout the year for both day and night fishing, excluding Christmas and maintenance days.

The site offers disabled access and facilities, ensuring everyone can make the most of their visit. Clean toilets are available on-site, and night fishing provides a unique experience under the stars.

Fish Species

Greenwood Fishery is home to Barbel up to 7 lb, Carp reaching up to 20 lb, and Chub up to 4 lb. These species cater to a range of fishing preferences, offering both challenge and enjoyment for visitors.
