Ellenhall Pools is nestled within the Vale Royal Abbey Golf Course in Cheshire. Parking is conveniently available opposite the Monkey Lodge on Whitegate Road. To reach the water, follow the public footpath on the left side of the golf course. Please avoid walking on the fairway to respect the golf course and ensure your safety.
Rookery Pool is an excellent spot for Tench fishing, offering six designated pegs. Members must adhere to strict rules, including no night fishing and avoiding the use of keepnets between March 15th and June 15th. It's important to maintain cleanliness to prevent losing fishing rights. Junior members should be accompanied by a senior member at all times.
Club memberships are available for those interested in fishing at Ellenhall Pools. Members also have access to other sports and leisure activities within the golf course area. Remember to be mindful of litter and follow all guidelines to enjoy a positive fishing experience.
