Specimen Lake

The Specimen Carp Lake is dedicated to pleasure fishing, offering 36 well-spaced swims across its 14-foot depth. Anglers can choose between hard standing or grassy positions to suit their preference. With carp weighing up to 28.0lb and roach up to 3.0lb, this pool provides a serene fishing experience amidst the picturesque Cheshire and Staffordshire countryside overlooking the Welsh hills. Please note that pole fishing is not permitted here, and children under 16 are not allowed on this pool.

Match Lake

The Match Lake features 30 swims with steep slopes that reach depths of 16 feet, creating favourable conditions for a variety of fish. This lake is heavily stocked with carp, including common, mirror, and leather varieties up to 18lb, as well as roach up to 3.0lb. A small island adorned with conifers and birch trees provides a natural habitat that attracts plentiful fish. Both poles and rods can be used in this pool, though on weekends, competition fishing may restrict certain areas.
