Longmoor Lake in Berkshire was excavated in the 19th century for brick making. Today, it serves as a popular destination for anglers looking to enjoy a day by the water.

Access and Parking

Day fishing tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines located in the car park at the site. The car park provides ample space for visitors. Fishing is allowed from dawn until dusk, with a closed season from 15th March to 15th June each year.

Fish Species

The lake is stocked with a variety of fish, including Mirror Carp that can exceed 25lb and Pike reaching over 20lb. Other species available are Tench up to 8lb, Roach, Rudd, and Perch, offering anglers a diverse fishing experience.
