The water comprises two sections: Big Orlitts and Little Orlitts, offering anglers distinct areas to explore. Operating on the Orlitts Season Ticket, the venue has seen positive responses from the fish to the bait, resulting in some encouraging weight gains over the past few seasons.

Carp Fishing

The Carp population at Orlitts is thriving, with around thirty fish currently inhabiting the waters. Notably, one of these carp has recently surpassed the forty-pound mark, making it a noteworthy catch for enthusiasts. The fishery’s success is a testament to the effective baiting strategies employed, attracting a robust selection of carp that provides a rewarding experience for visitors.

Access to Orlitts Lake is secured through combination locked gates, ensuring a controlled and peaceful environment for fishing. The venue boasts its own car park, offering convenient parking for anglers.
