Child Beale Fishing welcomes anglers from June 16th to March 14th each year. During this period, you can enjoy fishing along a mile stretch of the River Thames or try your luck at the 30 peg lake, which remains open all year round. The fishing season offers numerous opportunities to cast a line and test your skills.
The river section is home to a range of species, including carp, pike, bream, chub, perch, roach, dace, and tench. Notably, this stretch of the Thames holds the English 5-hour match record, making it a noteworthy spot for competitive anglers. The lake provides additional chances to catch sizable pike up to 31lb and carp exceeding 30lb.
All fishing activities at Beale Park are managed by Thames Valley Angling.
