Over three decades ago, Ampthill Angling Club took ownership, ensuring the legacy of these waters continues for anglers today.

The lake is a haven for fishing enthusiasts, boasting a diverse range of species. Anglers can target impressive carp weighing up to 38lb and formidable catfish reaching 46lb. Additionally, the waters are home to perch, pike, roach, rudd, and tench, with some tench growing as large as 12lb. This variety makes Marston Pits a compelling destination for both seasoned and budding anglers.
