Fancott Fishery in Bedfordshire boasts lakes that have existed for centuries. The earliest records from 1581 mention two small lakes where the fishery now stands. These ponds were formed naturally by layers of clay and sand, creating a lasting legacy for anglers.
Expansive Waters
Today, the fishery covers two and a half acres of spring-fed water. The lake features five islands, adding variety to the fishing environment. With depths ranging from two to six feet, each swim offers different conditions and opportunities for anglers.
