The overflow peg consistently delivers good catches, while on warm days, the far peg in the bottom corner becomes a busy spot with anglers hauling in their catches. Trout are also present, adding variety to your fishing experience.
Access and Fees
Fishing at Turners Pool costs £8 per day. Please note that night fishing is not allowed at this venue. To reach Turners Pool from Byron Lane, travel to the end and arrive at a junction on a bend. Turn left at the Fourways Motel, then right past the Ship Inn pub and a trout farm. Continue over the first bridge, pass a Victorian house on your left before a sharp right-hand bend, cross the second bridge, take the next left turn, then the next right, and follow the sign to Turners Pool.
